Sonshine Commercial Cleaning is Hiring an Operations Assistant Near Lebanon, OH
Type: Full-Time Seasonal (May-August), Part-Time (January-April, September-December)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm, and some Saturdays as needed.
Reports To: Operations Manager
Pay Range: $14 - $15 per hour
Job Brief
The main goal of the Operations Assistant is to provide quality control for the Operations Manager. During the summer the Operations Assistant ensures cleaners are adequately resourced and completing jobs to company standards. During the school year the Operations Assistant works alongside the Operations Manager to assist in cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining company standards. In tandem with the Operations Manager, the Operations Assistant serves our client by ensuring expectations are met regarding quality, timeline, and that we deliver on the promise of clean consistently.
Job Responsibilities
Employees
Assigns inspectors units daily to inspect.
Follow-up on problem units/employees
Help to distribute supplies to employees.
Report employee issues to Operations Manager.
- Operations Assistant may NOT discipline employees without the express permission from Human Resources or the Operations Director.
Assigns tasks and assignments to cleaners as needed.
Scope of Work
Track inspections and touch-up cleanings.
Notify cleaners of touch-ups and recleans.
Report when units are completed.
Provide daily reports on accomplishments to Operations Manager.
Assist in cleaning and touch-ups as needed.
Reports major issues to Operations Manager
Assists the Operations Manager as needed with inspections, cleaning, and scheduling.
Essential Skills
Must be a team player.
Must be dependable and prompt.
Detail oriented.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, pass a pre-employment drug screening, and have a clean background check.
